Some ideas are too fun to leave behind. The Work Bench is a dedicated space for the projects that don’t fit a standard portfolio page, or still need work, but show a different side of what I can do. From custom board games to TV series posters, this is where I get my hands dirty.
Squirrel Race – Original Tabletop Game

I’m designing a competitive, party-style tabletop game currently in physical prototyping. I’ve developed the core mechanics and visual system across cards, modular board tiles, player materials, tokens, and custom components to create a cohesive, ready-to-play game.
Techniques: Game Systems Design, Visual Development, and AI-Assisted Illustration.

I designed this modular storage system to upgrade the “loose in box” packaging of a Kickstarter board game. The project involved measuring components with calipers, modeling precise tolerances in FreeCAD, and 3D printing functional units that fit seamlessly into the existing box.
Features: Integrated finger-slots for easy deck retrieval and custom-contoured storage for unique game tokens.

Custom Board Game Re-Skin: Wizarding Edition (Personal Project)
2022
This project is a comprehensive redesign of the Cities & Knights expansion, adapting the mechanics to a fantasy wizarding world. The process involved creating a cohesive visual system across packaging, 100+ unique card assets, and player pieces.
Production Involved: Custom-built foam core packaging. Designed, printed, and cut new card assets and rulebooks.
Fun Fact: Note the ring in the last photo of the slider. I proposed to my wife with a hidden ring in this box! Yes, we’re TTG nerds…

This cover art establishes the moody, noir-inspired aesthetic of an upcoming graphic novel. This piece explores the visual identity of the series, focusing on silhouette and atmospheric lighting to convey themes of loss and memory.
Techniques: Generative AI Illustration, Digital Compositing, and Typography.
Identity Design for a Healthcare Professional
2024
I designed this custom vector logomark with a custom portrait, script typography, and custom letterforms integrated to create the central heart motif. The goal was to reflect a warm, caring patient philosophy.
Applications: Vinyl wall decals, patient reward stickers, and other branded merchandise.
D&D Recap | Character Animation & Motion Test
2023
A personal project exploring character rigging and audio-syncing within a narrative framework. This piece allowed me to casually exercise timing and lip-syncing while animating the improvised adventures of my friends’ D&D characters outside of a formal company or brand environment.
Production Involved: Use of Photoshop and After Effects for building characters and character movement.
